This practice will connect you to the true essence and power of transformation. In this workshop, we’ll plant the seeds of transformation and set our intentions as we face challenges of life, knowing we are rooted in the power of the Divine. As we are in the middle of Winter, it’s the perfect time of year to fertilize the seeds of the soul at the root.

This workshop will focus on deep hip openings bringing up powerful emotions and feelings, helping us to clear the way for Spring to awaken the life force deep within the root.
